Aerobics Classes

Aerobics StudioStep & Sculpt : This step class incorporates strength and weight training usually performed at the end of the workout.

Yoga : Learn deep breathing, meditation, relaxation, strengthening techniques. You will acquire an understanding of the “mind/body” connection

Cardio Drills : A high-low aerobics class which incorporates intervals of weight and strength training a terrific workout for burning fat.

A Step Above : A high intensity, low impact workout suited for a variety of fitness levels.

Body Pump : Total body muscle conditioning designed to challenge all the major and assisting muscle groups. Weights, steps, resist-a-ball and other props may be incorporated to intensify your workout.

Dance Jam : This class will leave you feeling invigorated and wishing that you were heading for the nightclub not your nightgowns a little dance, hip-hop, funk, and even karate.

Cardio Punch : Learn Traditional boxing techniques and language while incorporating karate and kickboxing foot patterns a real challenging workout.

Dance Step : A total body workout this class incorporates innovative floor choreography, step aerobics, sculpting with weights and abdominal section.

Pilates : Learn body awareness, gain flexibility and postural/stabilization strength and agility. When you finish class you will feel and look stronger. A must try!

Functional Training : This class combines athletic training with stability training all the while achieving resistance training to burn calories, tone; teach your body to move in everyday movements.

Cardio Jam : A challenging workout the traditional aerobics enthusiast. This class offers fun and challenging floor patterns.

20/20/20 : 20 min of step, followed by 20 min of traditional Hi-Lo aerobics, followed by 20 minutes of resistance training
