Aerobics StudioCYCLING: Whether you're training for a triathalon or riding for cardiovascular health, this class will get you there. Feel the energy from those that surround you as everyone endures the terrain. Come enjoy the ride. This class burns up to 550 calories!

LATIN IMPACT: This class is hot, hot, hot! Burn calories while you shake up your workout through Latin-fused dance moves. This class burns up to 400 calories!

CARDIO KICKBOXING: Ready for a stress reliever? This is a non-contact workout that includes both cardio and strength training routines in an energizing environment. Kick, punch, bob and weave your way to a higher level of fitness. This class burns up to 500 calories!

STEP: Step your way to a toned body with this fun cardiovascular workout. The stimulating step combinations plus abdominal workout will strengthen hips, legs and core muscles. You control your intensity level by simply adjusting your step height. This class burns up to 425 calories!

CARDIO CORE: This traditional aerobics class is a must try! Come join the fun in this high energy, fast paced, fat burning class with easy to follow exercises.  Strenghten your abs, back, glutes and more in this challenging workout focusing on the core muscles. This class burns up to 425 calories!

POWER PILATES: Increase your flexibility as you flow through a series of dynamic movements that restore balance to core muscles of the lower back and abdominals. This class burns up to 300 calories!

YOGA: Learn deep breathing, meditation, relaxation, strengthening techniques. You will acquire an understanding of the “mind/body” connection. This class burns up to 250 calories!

ZUMBA: Get ready to party yourself into shape! This easy to follow, Latin inspired, calorie burning fitness party will move you! This class burns up to 400 calories!
