Cardio Punch : Learn Traditional boxing techniques and language while incorporating karate and kickboxing foot patterns a real challenging workout.

20/20/20 : 20 min of step, followed by 20 min of traditional Hi-Lo aerobics, followed by 20 minutes of resistance training
